Proposed constitution

A forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of members (EGM) (date TBC) will consider adopting this constitution: FORP–proposed-constitution
The proposed change is predicated on FoRP registering as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), which both limits the liabilities of members of FoRP and offers charitable status and therefore access to a wider range of grants. You can suggested alternative wordings up to four weeks before the EGM for consideration at the EGM. You can direct suggested wordings by leaving a comment here or by using a contact email (and we will publish them here).
